Since joining the Bank in 1990, Business Development Officer Mike Bilinsky has held various positions including Branch Manager before heading up the Business Development team in 2009.

As his career grew, so did his family with whom he enjoys spending time traveling and vacationing on Cape Cod, as well as coaching youth baseball in his hometown of Westborough. These days, he’s anxiously waiting for the snow to melt and the warm weather to arrive so he can enjoy some of his favorite pastimes including hosting summer barbeques, fishing and cooking seafood, and attending live music events (including U2, which he has seen over 30 times in concert!).

Next time you see Mike, be sure to say hello and ask him if he’s having a “beautiful day!”

Congratulations to Senior Service Representative Debra Miranda and IT Specialist Damien Booker on their selection as this month’s Employees of the Month.

Debra was selected because of her positive attitude, her initiative to follow up with customers and her willingness to learn new programs. Damien was selected because he took over a project to improve our systems and even came in on a holiday weekend to complete the work.

Brian Ledwith, executive vice president and senior commercial lender, joined MutualOne Bank in 2007, having started his career as a management trainee in a one-branch bank on Congress Street in Boston during the 1990 recession.

Brian and his wife met when he was 18 and they have been together ever since. Together they have two children, a son in college and a daughter in high school, both of whom he coached in town sports including baseball, softball, soccer and hockey. While his coaching days are over, he still plays hockey twice a week and acts as the captain and (of course) treasurer for the team.

He received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 1990 and graduated from the Independent Community Bankers of America National School of Banking in Fairfield with honors in 2004. Next time you see Brian, make sure to ask how his hockey team is doing!

Congratulations to Senior Account Representative Joleen Dick and Senior IT Specialist, Tim Ellerbe on their selection as this month’s Employees of the Month.

Joleen was selected for being flexible, dependable and her willingness to work in different environments and learn new functions while supporting her team. Tim was recognized for working extra hours during an important system transition while also responding to IT requests.

Clarice Santos joined MutualOne Bank in 2008 as a teller and has worked her way up to assistant vice president of client services & electronic banking. She has a passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping people develop professionally. A self-proclaimed “ultimate townie,” Clarice is a graduate of Framingham High School and Framingham State University but she was born in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.

A member of St. Bridget’s Church in Framingham, Clarice currently teaches CCD to 8^th grade students. In her spare time, she also enjoys watching international movies, visiting art museums (sometimes all day!), cooking with fresh ingredients and traveling. Her favorite destinations are South Africa, Turkey, Brazil, and Acadia National Park in Maine. Next time you call Client Services, make sure to ask what Clarice is cooking up next!

Congratulations to Personal Banker I Waldemar Agostini and Payroll & Benefits Administrator Michelle Rivers on their selection as this month’s Employees of the Month.

Waldemar was selected for stepping up to help all of our branches while providing exceptional customer service. Michelle was recognized for her hard work, dedication, and organization as we transitioned vital systems in our human resources department.
